Our bikes are able to seat 1 or 2 people comfortably. Each bike has a maximum load capacity of 160 kilograms. Two people with a combined weight in excess of 160kg need to book one bike each. The driver needs a current drivers licence or Learners Permit.

Our fully guided tour leaves from the corner of Vlam Road and Caves Road, Boranup, about a 25 minute drive SOUTH from Margaret River town. The easiest route is to follow Bussell Highway (the main street in town) south to Vlam Road (approximately 13 kms south of the little town of Witchcliffe) and turn right. Continue on the gravel road for 2.5km before you reach Caves Road. The tour departs on the western side of Caves Road.  You will see the truck and bikes set up there.

If you are travelling on Caves Road, continue until you reach Vlam Road, where the bikes will be set up to your right.

Your itinerary confirmation email will have a Google map you can use for directions.

  • How do I pay for my tour?

    • Payment for the tour is via our BOOK YOUR TOUR button found on each page which will take you through to our secure payment page. We accept Visa and Master.

      You can also call Lee direct on 0498 654 588 to book and pay for your tour.

  • HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN ONE BIKE TAKE?

    • Each bike takes up to 2 people. Each bike has a maximum load capacity of 160 kilograms. Two people with a combined weight in excess of 160kg need to book one bike each.

  • WHERE DOES THE TOUR LEAVE FROM?

    • Our fully guided tour leaves from the junction of Caves Road and Vlam Road, about a 20 minute drive SOUTH from Margaret River town. The easiest route is to follow Bussell Highway (the main street in town) south to Forest Grove Road (approximately 6 kms south of the little town of Witchcliffe) and turn right. Continue to the end and turn left, then continue on Caves Road for 10kms before arriving at Vlam Road where the bikes will set up for you on your right hand side of Caves Road .

       

      Your itinerary confirmation email will have a Google map you can use for directions.

      Off road parking is provided.

  • DO I NEED A DRIVERS LICENCE?

    • Yes, the driver needs a current Australian drivers licence or licence from any country. A special bike licence is not needed. A person with a Learners Permit can drive their own bike.

  • CAN I DRIVE THE BIKE IF I HAVE NO EXPERIENCE?

    • Yes, you can drive the bike if you have not been on a quadbike before. Your guide will give you instructions at the start of the tour.

  • HOW LONG IS THE TOUR?

    • The tours runs for approximately one and a half hours, traversing 18kms of forest trails. Please be at the meeting point for the tour 15 minutes before departure.

  • WHAT EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED?

    • You are supplied with a helmet, helmet liner and goggles plus a bandana in summer.

  • IS THE TOUR CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER?

    • If by chance the tour cannot proceed due to weather conditions you will be contacted and a refund will be given or alternate dates offered.

      We may alter the tour time slightly to avoid showers.

  • WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING ON THE DAY?

    • You need to wear closed in shoes.
      Bring a water bottle, sunscreen and don’t forget your camera.
      Bring your current drivers licence.
      In the event of rain bring wet weather gear.

  • WHAT SHOULD I NOT BRING?

    • Don’t bring anything that cannot be stored on your bike. Each bike has a small storage/cool box for your personal items.

  • WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE FOR CHILDREN?

    • We recommend the minimum age be 4 years.

  • DO YOU OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS ?

    • Yes, to purchase a gift voucher call Lee on 0498 654 588 to arrange.

  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

    • A full refund is offered where 48 hours notice is given. Any less than 48 hours notice attracts a 100% cancellation fee.

  • WHAT IF I HAVE AN EXTRA CHILD OR ADULT WITH NO ONE TO DRIVE THEM?

    • An extra child or adult can ride with the guide provided they are less than 60 kgs. Please ring direct to book as the online booking system does not allow for booking passengers only.

  • IS THE TOUR SUITABLE FOR A PERSON WITH A DISABILITY?

    • If you have a drivers licence and moderate upper body strength you can drive your own bike comfortably. You can also ride as a passenger. For more information regarding accessibility please call Lee on 0498 654 588.
